Mid Mo Shaft Worx LLC Warranty

Mid Mo Shaft Worx LLC guarantees to the original purchaser that our welds will not fail, and our tube will not twist for the life of the driveshaft. Our tubing is warrantied against twisting due to torque, but not for dragging or scrapping on objects such as rocks, ledges or other objects.  Any driveshaft found to have manufacturing defects will be replaced or repaired at no charge. A warranty determination will be made after inspection by Mid Mo Shaft Worx LLC. The driveshaft must be sent in for inspection at your cost. 

The tube/weld warranty does not apply to aluminum driveshaft, agricultural and industrial applications or shafts sized 1550 series and up (typically in semi-truck, dump trucks, large box trucks, etc.).

All driveshaft components (examples: u-joint, end yokes, etc.) are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty. All the components used in complete driveshafts are warrantied for one (1) year, as long as proper maintenance has been done regularly. 

If you damage your tubing due to objects such as rocks, ledges, etc., Mid Mo Shaft Worx LLC will re-tube your driveshaft labor free, you pay for the cost of the tubing and any shipping fees to and from. 

If any of your parts wear out or break after the warranty has expired, we would replace them for you labor free, you pay for the parts and any shipping fees to and from. 

• Malfunctions due to improper installation, design parameters, tubing damage due to rocks, ledges or other sharp objects, improper angles, lack of maintenance, axle wrap, and tampering. This includes lift kits without adjustable control arms. 
• Improper installation would include things such as not torquing bolts, not using thread locker on bolts, not cleaning off the surfaces before installation where the flange bolts on to, etc. Mid Mo Shaft Worx will not be liable to pay for any other parts such as T-cases, transmissions, cables, brackets, etc. if the driveshaft fails or comes out due to improper installation. 
• Improper Angles could cause driveshaft components not to operate properly. This could cause rubbing and binding. It could also cause the driveshaft components such as u-joints to fail more quickly than they should. Mid Mo Shaft Worx LLC would be happy to help you with them. Call us at 573-241-0419 to discuss.
• Lack of maintenance includes not greasing components such as u-joints, extreme rusting, and contaminates in the slip and spline such as mud, dirt, and water. Doing routine maintenance will extend the life of your driveshaft and is the responsibility of the owner. 

We will not cover any additional work done to our driveshafts by other shops. We will not reimburse work done at other shops. 

If your driveshaft needs repairs, please call us first. If it needs shortened, lengthened, balanced we will do that for you. If it’s our error, we will do this free of charge. If it is a custom build, specific measurements, etc. the cost will be the responsibility of the consumer.
