Mid Mo Shaft Worx LLC Policies

Authorization to return merchandise must be obtained within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be received within 2 weeks. To receive credit, the product must be unused. Custom built driveshafts cannot be returned, unless the mistake was made by our company for which we will take responsibility. 

Returns by customers for no fault of the company will be charged a 25% restocking fee and freight charges that were prepaid. Customers are responsible for inbound shipping. 

If we fail to build a driveshaft to the specifications supplied to us, we will correct the problem. If the product is shipped, we will pay both inbound and return shipping costs. 

If the customer makes a mistake in the specifications of a driveshaft, a correction can be made with a 25% discount off our labor rate and parts. If the product is shipped, returned shipping with be the responsibility of the customer. 

The customer is responsible for determining the appropriate product used on their vehicles. Our company is not responsible for determining the use of any products. Mid Mo Shaft Worx LLC has no control over the products installed by the customer. 

• No driveshaft order can be cancelled after it has been built. If for any reason the customer wants to cancel their driveshaft order, it must be done before it is fabricated. Once driveshafts are fabricated, order cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued. 
• SPECIAL ORDER items cannot be cancelled.
