To comply with our returns policy, authorization to return merchandise must be obtained within 30 days of purchase, and all returns must be received within 2 weeks. To receive credit, the product must be unused. Please note that custom built driveshafts cannot be returned unless the mistake was made by our company, in which case we will take responsibility for those driveshaft errors.
For returns initiated by customers, where there is no fault of the company, a 25% restocking fee and any prepaid freight charges will apply. Additionally, customers are responsible for inbound shipping as part of our cancellation policy.
If we fail to build a driveshaft to the specifications supplied to us, we will correct the problem in accordance with our returns policy. If the product is shipped, we will cover both inbound and return shipping costs as part of our cancellation policy for any driveshaft errors.
If the customer makes a driveshaft error in the specifications, our returns policy allows for a correction with a 25% discount off our labor rate and parts. However, if the product has been shipped, the shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
The customer is responsible for determining the appropriate product used on their vehicles, as our cancellation policy clearly states. Mid Mo Shaft Worx LLC cannot be held accountable for any driveshaft errors that may arise from the products installed by the customer. Additionally, our returns policy does not cover issues related to product installation.
No driveshaft order can be cancelled after it has been built, in accordance with our cancellation policy. If for any reason the customer wishes to cancel their driveshaft order, it must be done before fabrication begins. Once driveshafts are fabricated, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued as per our returns policy. Please note that SPECIAL ORDER items also cannot be cancelled.
